 I would totally boo Speedy. Especially if I caught him picking his nose.
I have booed him.

Here is the closest to some "booing"; when Nicole Bobek withdrew from 1996 Nationals... http://youtu.be/zRxKCHFeKQ0 Dick Button at 00:19 makes an allusion to some booing...
I was there and people were upset for Nicole that she was in pain and wouldn't be able to defend her title. That's not the same thing as booing a skater. (Not that I heard any boos at the time.)

We know him but know him as a different person, one who would never try to build something from the pain caused to another.
And you know Caitlin is in pain because.... ?

This article claims Yankowskas ended the partnership along with a few other fairly glossed-over, questionable facts. I know it's just a website, but If this was a real piece of journalism, they would have interviewed Caitlin.

Their new programs:
SP-- East of Eden
LP-- Nessun Dorma

I love that dress on Tara! Man skating has changed. The "footwork" into her opening flip was a swizzle.

Oh thanks for posting that. I just love watching her skate. She is (for me) such a breath of fresh air....and boy did I need

TeamUSA.org is supposed to be a "feel good, rah rah" USA athlete news site so I would never expect more than that.

The part in the article about the end of the Y/C partnership is worded as follows:
He and his partner of four years, Caitlin Yankowskas, decided to end their partnership after the 2011 World Figure Skating Championships in May. The two were no longer happy together.

Re. D/C's FS music:
Denney and Coughlin went to Marina Zoueva, coach and choreographer for Olympic and world champion ice dancers, for their long program, which is set to a Vanessa Mae/Jeff Beck version of “Nessun Dorma” – a selection that is much edgier than what both are used to.

My first reaction isn't favorable toward these music choices, but I'm willing to wait and see the actual programs for myself first. I'm looking forward to being at Liberty for D/C's competition debut!

Happy to see the bob go and I'm also excited to see them at Liberty. I'm willing to give this team a shot.

Yeah, referring to them as a "superstar pair" before they've even done a single competition is a bit  .

I love the Jeff Beck piece they're talking about, and I can see it working for them somewhat. At least much more than any traditional version of Nessun Dorma.

“This is what I’ve called Caydee’s blossoming year and the spunky Caydee that we know is going to be very womanly this year,” Sappenfield said.

Well, Caydee is growing her hair out, so I'm sure these music choices will be just fine.

Plus Caydee is almost legal so she's becoming a woman.

While she is almost legal, I have to say that I am a little perplexed at how her mother can let this guy's hands all over her. Sorry, but the two just pair up and now they are "an item"? She at 17 and he, what going on 25? Just a little bit of a difference. Where are the parents and what are they watching?!

This article claims Yankowskas ended the partnership

Maybe my reading comprehension sucks, but I read the article twice and didn't see anything that suggested that at all. It only says that they were not happy with each other and John planned to retire after this season. Am I missing something?
