I think I heard during the tour that Will is around 6'2".

Great pictures of Kate's wedding dress which is on display at Buckingham Palace

Thank you. I loved the entire look on the day, and now after a few months of reflection, I think I love it even more.

William's CLEARLY over 6'--he towers over the rest of his family.

I love the shoes (and I'm not the only one who saved the photos of the dress, right?) but I don't know that I could stand in them all day!

The Duchess herself was treated to a sneak preview on Wednesday night when she stole another look at the dress that featured an intricate Grace Kelly-inspired lace bodice hand-stitched by the world’s best seamstresses at the Royal School of Needlework.
The craftswomen had no idea what their commission was for, such was the secrecy surrounding the design.

Come on . . . really? Who else would it have been for? There weren't that many high-profile super-secret weddings going on by April.

I believe that I have read that William is 6'3".
Diane's was very tall, as are her sisters and her brother.

Although he's shrunk by now, apparently Prince Philip was once 6'0".

They might not have known it was for a wedding dress though.

I dunno, I kind of feel sorry for Charles. His time on the throne will probably be pretty short, what with the Queen still healthy and very active. And there is such hope with William that Charles probably feels he will be a forgotten King, sandwiched between his legendary mother, whose footsteps he can't possibly begin to follow, and William, the progeny of his much-loved glamorous ex-wife. It doesn't help that for as long as I can remember, people have been talking of passing Charles by for William, and for no good reason. If that's not a kick in the balls, I don't know what is.

I have to agree. The only distinction he holds is being the longest heir-in-waiting. Not much of a legacy.

But say he even gets to rule for only 10 years . . . all he can do is make the most of his time on the throne to implement some good.

I've heard that he is definitely 6'2 or 6'3. That is what some claim to be the great advantage of joining the Spencer line - height and the "Spencer good looks." IMHO, that is part of the appeal of the couple. Their height make them appear very regal and make Will appear very much like a strong leader.

And, if you notice from the pics during the tour and in LA, Kate towered over many of the women (and men) she met.

HM and Kate touring the exhibit today over at YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps4mNdIzFEk)

You'll have to really jack up the volume to hear anything, but it's lovely to see the Queen and Kate enjoying themselves in each other's company.

Also...At the end of the video, I noticed that William and Kate now have an Official Web Site (www.dukeandduchessofcambridge.org).

Has anyone heard or seen if HM King Harald has addressed the Norwegian People over the horrible and tragic events of today in Norway? Last I heard, the PM's done so, but HM hasn't as of yet.

The pictures from Oslo are just... :(

That is the lamest, circa 1999 website. Seriously? It looks like they spent $100 on it.
