I'm surprised by that, as I don't ever recall seeing Camilla at Wimbledon in the past.

Found a new Gallery of photos from the Wedding on the Weekend...

Nice of them to visit Ste. Justine, though as a Montreal Children's Hospital allumn I wish it'd get some love too. But the former likely has a larger oncology department. Hopefully they'll get at least a few hours to walk around the city.

How is their French btw?

Skating tie in to Ste. Justine...it was Patrice Brisebois' charity on Battle of the Blades.

That's a gorgeous picture of them. Their happiness is just radiating off of it. :)

LOL Fergus!!

Last night there was an auction of some of Princess Diana's Dresses, including the most famous one of them all...

Daily Mail ~ Dress Princess Diana wore to dance with John Travolta sold for 510,000 (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2007766/Dress-Princess-Diana-wore-dance-John-Travolta-sold-510k.html)

The dress w/the Tartan skirt? I actually had my Mom make me an inspired by it dress for my HS Christmas Formal way back when. Only, the velvet was black and the Tartan was red and green w/black worked into it. Also had a straight across bodice line instead of the pointed one. That is still my favourite Formal Dress my Mom made me over the years. My Prom (another Diana inspired one) Dress is a close second. :)

What a sweet story Aragorn :)

When the dresses were toured years ago, I went with a bunch of girlfriends to see them. I love Kate's day looks, but I do hope we start to see here in more gowns soon.

Catherine undertook, alongside Prince William, her first Military related Royal Engagement today. Both she and Willaim, in his role of Colonel of the Regiment, presented Elizabeth Crosses and met members of the Irish Guards. In the DM article it says the Regiment loaned the brooch she's wearing, but over at The Royal Forums they're saying that Princess Anne loaned it to her. She was the previous Colonel of the Regiment before William, but thought it fitting Kate wear it today.

Regardless of which is true, it's still a lovely touch on the Duchess' part.

This American enjoyed the excerpts from her memoir very much,
It's not often that we get a chance to appreciate HMQ as someone with a real family life
Thanks for sharing the links.

Daily Mail ~ All in white Kate gives Centre Court the Royal Mexican Wave... and even gets Wills to join in too (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2008672/Wimbledon-2011-Kate-Middleton-Prince-William-watch-Andy-Murray.html)

William looks so embrassed doing the wave...ROTFLOL!!

edited to add...Just a reminder about what a big week we've got coming up. As we all know, William and Catherine make their first Official Tour as TRH The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as they visit Canada starting on Thursday. Friday will be the first real working day of the visit though w/the two of them attending the Canada Day Noon Concert at Parliament Hill, as well as other engagements during the day.

Cross your fingers for a clear day so the Snowbirds can do their flypast over the Hill. Always such an impressive sight of them flying over The Peace Tower w/the smoke jets on. Never fails to give me the chills whenever I see that. :)

July 1st is also the first of the two Marriage Ceremonies of HSH Prince Albert of Monaco and Charlene Wittstock. The Civil Ceremony takes place Canada Day and the Religious Ceremony takes place in the Courtyard of the Palace on Saturday. So cross your fingers for clear skies on Saturday over Monte Carlo too.

This week's going to be a lot of *fun*!!! :D :D :D

edited *again*...Getty Images ~ *Love* this picture of them (http://www.gettyimages.ca/detail/117494335/Getty-Images-Sport)

A couple more things...

Princely Wedding Monaco 2011 ~ Official Site (http://www.mariageprinciermonaco2011.mc/en/home.html)

And I found this interesting little article on my travels for those of us facsinated w/the Tudor Era...

History Today ~ Lady Mary Seymour : An Unfit Traveller (http://historytoday.com/linda-porter/point-departure-unfit-traveller)

It's a short, but interesting, article on the child of Queen Katherine Parr and Sir Thomas Seymour and her possible fate. Poor little thing never really had much of a chance from the little I know of her. Which isn't much and is mentioned in the article.

Anyway...I thought some here would be interested in taking a look at it.

According to a report on the Today Show, after Kate appeared in it at Wimbledon it sold out online within 30 minutes!
