Great! On both counts. So glad to see M/B getting a much better FS score. And I'm looking forward to hearing about (and hopefully seeing) P/K. Loved their FS from last season.

Great for M/B - do you know if MB landed her jump elements?

According to the detailed protocols linked from the event thread in Kiss and Cry: http://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/showthread.php?t=80186

SP:
Marley/Brubaker received negative GOE on 2T and 3LzTh.
Cain/Reagan fell on sbs 3S, landed 3LzTh.

FS:
M/B: 3T+2T (- GOE), 2A fine, - GOE on 3LzTh & 3STh.
C/R: 2S+2A seq. and 2T (both with - GOE, triples were planned), 3FTh fall, landed 3STh.

Negative GOE on sbs jumps and throws, according to the protocols.

OK, thanks, I ran over to the K & C thread and saw they had 0 deductions, so she didn't fall at least

Correct. I didn't name them because they haven't competed this season AFAIK and they withdrew from the Junior Pairs event at Mids last year. He is listed as her coach in her profile on on icepartnersearch.com, in fact.

The US/Canadian Junior pair team of Budd/Sheldrick (originally going out of Mids) appear to have split as she recently listed herself on icepartnersearch.

Sr Pairs at Nationals is turning into a bit of a free-for-all this year. I'm interested to see if the coach/student pairing attends.

Looks like the event had low PCS scoring so I wouldn't look at that, their TCS was pretty good though :)

Apparently Sheldrick is injured and requires surgery on his wrist. It appears he has decided to retire.

Just watched E/L's LP at Cup of China. WOW! I really loved it. They did some amazing elements but unfortunately they still have jumping issues. I really hope they build upon this performance and have a strong showing at Nationals.
