It apparently is only being released as a promo from the album: It's much more straightforward w/ powerful vocals

The song sounds nice, but the cover is :yikes:.

Here is what I think is going on.

Judas is under performing for a Gaga single, for sure. It may not be flopping hard but it isn't doing what they wanted it to do.

The label was planning on releasing this song as a promotional type of single, a countdown as they call it on iTunes. Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Ke$ha have all taken advantage of this.

The label seems to have forgotten to tell radio to not over play this song. Radio was given the song to play today but originally it was only for a few plays to let their listeners hear it. Now it appears they think it IS a radio single. The label is not stopping this thinking.

This is quite genius. Now when this song takes off and Judas plummets, the label can blame radio and the song for suffocating Judas. The label wont have to take responsibility for releasing a single that just wasn't clicking with listeners.

Just my 2 cents.

I love the song, regardless. My favorite of the 3 we have gotten, by far.

I, as a huge fan, have been underwhelmed by all three songs so far.

Various songs from fame monster keep coming up on shuffle while i'm in the gym which really make me smile and I'm hoping that maybe the new stuff will slowly grow on me.

Hair was released on iTunes today as the last countdown song. It is horrible. I can't understand a word she says in the chorus. It is almost comical, would make for a really great spoof on SNL. How no one in her team hears this is beyond me. They are drinking too much of their own koolaid and think she can do no wrong. Worst song of the 4 we have heard so far, by far.

I heard the "Hair" song too and wondered if it was a parody of some kind after Rebecca Black.

The subject matter is quite silly. The only person who can pull off such a ridiculous song is a 9 yr old Willow Smith. No one cares if a 9 year old sings about something so blatantly superficial. It doesn't quite work for someone like Gaga who thinks she is so deep and spiritual and yada yada.

Wow, I am really hating on Gaga today. :shuffle:

Christine Brennan is definitely more horrific than anything Gaga could put out.
