lol at the direction this thread is heading. IMO, Zhulin's opinion about food in the US is the pretty much the norm among Europeans. Most Europeans and a good part of Asians pity the Americans who eat greasy sandwiches made out of shitty Wonder Bread and cheap slice cheese. What Zhulin should realize is that the reason for Americans giving him crappy food isn't lack of hospitality, but mere extension of their normal eating habit.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

They're not eating with the right people.

I read that too fast and didn't notice the word "with." :scream::rofl:

I read that Shawn sawyer is going to do all of SOI tour, so this will mean he will miss worlds. Does this mean he will lose his eligibility like Plushenko did or they will make an exception?

Don't you know? When Irina shares her glorious art with the audience, Americans eat hamburgers in the front row. Apparently they don't share with their fellow ticket holders! :lol:

Greasy food and heavy skating, perfect match! Some might even find the hamburgers a little more delicate... :shuffle:

Considering that we all complain about the food at the rinks, why can't Zhulin?

It has not yet been officially confirmed that Shawn is not going to Worlds.

However, I understood that he was intending to retire from eligible competition after this season, part of his plans including doing choreography for other skaters and part of them included doing show skating. Returning to competition wasn't part of the equation.

There is not enough information to say from the link I posted, but I suspect it's per event (I could be wrong of course).
