Perhaps Mukhortova?

I think he's only 5'8 but worth a tryout nevertheless

Maria and Tatiana Totmianina should co-author a book. The similarities are amazing. (Except for the whole medal winning thing...):D

Good news for Maria is that maybe she'll find herself a hot OGM winning skater next

I have a feeling that if things don't work out with Jerome, she's done. (She may also be done even if she continues to skate with Jerome).

Lysacek?

There're rumors they're done.
.

That certainly agrees with the tone in his interview. I have to think that's a big part of the end of the pairing.

If that is true and I were Maria I would take Jerome and get a new coach pronto and try to salvage wha is left of my career.

Is Moskvina available.

Moskvina already has Kawaguti/Smirnov and Gerbolt/Enbert. So no, she's not available.

Well tecnically G/E are Artur's charges and who knows what is going on with Bezmaternykh so maybe she is up for the challenge.

I would like to see her with another coach that she's not sleeping with, now may be her chance

Bezmaternykh? I mentioned K/S.

Even if Moskvina were available, she has already tried coaching M/T and kicked them out so there's not much of a chance for her to take Maria back.

Yes, I would have to agree with this.

If her reputation in Russia is anything like it is on FSU, she has some attitude issues and some consistency issues that are something special. I can't see Moskvina wanting to deal with either... again.

It would be sort of funny if they approached Moser as a coach.

I thought he was still in the US. IIRC Sylvia mentioned a couple of his young US pairs competing earlier this season.

I don't believe in the possibility of Moskvina because she is already busy, but M/B definitely should go on with a new coach, if as left to think in the interview, Vassiliev takes some distance with Maria.

Yes, the North Korean gala is usually well attended. Pechalat & Bourzat are going this year, besides K/S and I'm sure a lot of other skaters.

Going back to M/B, I agree with all the previous posters who mentioned Jerome hadn't competed in over 5 years. One of my old coaches got back into competing after a long lay-off and he said it took him a few tries just to get used to pacing himself again with all the adrenaline rush. And this was for a single skater who didn't have to worry about his partner's timing. You can be in very good physical shape otherwise and do shows, but these are two very different things. I hope they take that into account and not rush into a decision to retire.

Tomas Verner was invited, too (and there were couple iof questions in his after Euros press conference if he think itīs good to support North Korean regime, but he replied he is going there to give the live of poor NK people a little bit of the sunshine - even we all know the main reason for attendance is spending couple of days with Nathalie :P )
