It seems like the plan has been changed.
City Lights will not happen in St. Petersburg, but only in Moscow.

Ilya Averbukh made City Lights in Davos World Economic Forum on January 27th.
People looked very cold in photos, because the show happened outside in -12 degrees.
The crowd was from Italia, Switzerland, the United States, the Latin America and Russia.
The show was closed by “Troika”.

More than 40 skaters performed there.
Alexei Yagudin, Navka, Kostomarov, Marinin, Totomianina, Petrova, Tikhonov and etc.
Sulutzkaya came back on the ice after she had a second baby.

Glad everyone made it without injuries in such a freezing place:)
Great the show was succeeded!:rollin:

Hi NONKO, do you know if the show has more stops to come in Switzerland or Germany? I can´t read the Russian letters but I would love to see the show again. They have been in Germany the last years in April/May, do you know if they come back? It would be so great to see Irina Slutskaya again! Maybe you can help me to find out? Thank you!

It did not seem Yagudin performed there, so he only played at the theatre on February 14th.
On the ice, Ilya Averbukh, Alexei Tikhonov, Maria Petrova performed. Ilya played the role of Chaplin. It was said he played the role in Davos, too.

Wish them success in Moscow in April:)

You can book tickets by an e-mail to ilyaaverbykh@mail.ru.
When you buy them by March 13th, you can join the autograph session.
The list has Tatiana Navka, Ilya Averbukh, Marat Basharov and more.

The YouTube videos of this show are very good. It looks well produced and interesting. I hope they offer a DVD (that I can play in the US!) at some point. :)

Helpful tip: You can download all your YouTube segments onto your computor using http://www.zamzar.com , burn them onto a DVD or VCD, and you're set. I got several segments of Ice Age from Russian TV using it.

I have quite a few Ice Age (from all the seasons) and City Lights videos from YouTube and other sources on my computer. What I would really like is a professionally filmed, continuous copy of the whole show. :swoon:

Thanks for the link:)

The revival in Moscow was end on April 10th.
According to my friends, Yagudin performed very emotional.

The renew point this April shows comparing with last October shows, a new dance was performed by Yagudin and Navka before his solo program.
It was better to understand the story, but I was afraid it would be very hard for Alexei to perform a very long program, duet and solo, in about 7 minutes.

And Alexei survived this very long program very perfect. He did a great job there. He acted very well as a gambler and bad guy.
