They've been so many controversal results in the past, but which one was the the most wonderful, unforgettable and "satisfying" winning Olympic performance in your mind? The one that left you with great, warm emotion, kinda, yeah ... the right one(s) finally, finally made it!!!

Hey, and Christmas is just around the corner, so let it flow! :slinkaway ;)

For men, Yagudin's.
For ladies, none. The Olys haven't been kind to my favorites.

I think Yagudin's victory without questions, he was so greate in Solt-Lake.
Maybe Torvill-Dean, but i dont remember how it was. But they did so much for FS overall.
Klimova-Ponomarenko
Gordeeva-Grinkov in 1994. I know, M-D were greate, but i remeber this magic feeling after G-G "Moonligthe sonata"
I know, most of people will disagree with me, but i notice Baul and Huge and Lipisky.
And moybe 2010 OG was my favorite. I was "satisfied" with all champions with different reasons. But maybe most - Yu-Na and Tessa-Scott ;)

Lysacek's, BION, for men's.
For ladies...Arakawa's and Yama's. I totally agreed with the judges, and they were clear cut victories to my eyes.

Ilia Kulik in 1998. Apart from wanting him to win, the skate itself was just about everything he could have wanted.

Virtue and Moir's. It was such a showdown with Davis and White, and it was so long since Canadians had won a medal in Olympic ice dance, for our country to win gold it was like a dream come true. It kind of erased all the bad feelings about the alleged conspiracy against Bourne and Kraatz, and also about Dubreuil and Lauzon's withdrawal after her injury in the OD in 2006.

Completely agree on Kulik.

Also, Torvill & Dean

I was also very moved and impressed with Grishuk & Platov winning with their FD (Memorial) in Nagano.

Kulik and Yagudin - the whole podium for both those Olys was really satisfying (although I was heartbroken for Eldredge in '98 that he fell in the LP)

It was satisfying to have Shen and Zhao win this year, but it wasn't a perfect skate.

I would only say Yagudin's and that is about it. :\

I cracked my toe in excitement when G&P won in 1994. So that definitely stands out for me.

But I think V&M winning was the happiest moment.
