We call our chihuahua/pug rescue a chug.

I like both chihuahuas & pugs so I'm betting this is one adorable dog.

One of the funniest looking dogs I've ever seen was a basset hound/chow cross. The body of a basset hound and the face, ears and tail of a chow chow. :lol:

Baxter (http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a160/jwsel/?action=view&current=baxtercloseup.jpg) is what we call a "West Valley Brown" after the shelter we found him in.

Both are rescues.

I have a schnauzer - poodle cross, a "schnoodle" :) :dog:

Ours has some bichon thrown in. We call him a schnoodlechon.

I don't know what to call our collie/black lab mix, whom we adopted 13 years ago. Blollie? Collab? Colliedor? She does have a bit of a herding instinct but also is strong in the retriever department (despite being nearly 14 and having only 3 legs she still LURVES her tennis balls).

Our supposed "all lab" that we adopted from a rescue a few years ago (mom was definitely yellow lab but dad unknown) turns out to have quite the hound/terrier instincts. He loves to dig up moles. . . we call him our molehound.
