QUEBEC — The long-standing dream of Quebec City to host the Winter Olympics took a serious blow Monday when the International Ski Federation (FIS) ruled the proposed mountain for the ski events wasn’t up to the task.

Well, how much of a chance did they feel they had when Vancouver just hosted? I doubt the Olympics will come back to Canada for at least 20-25 years. They would have much more luck bidding on a summer games.
