Just got an email from Eurovision. ITALY is back!! Yay for our Italian FSUers!!

This almost compensates today my track and field fan broken in a hundred pink pieces heart :drama:

Apparently the rumour that Jedward are going to take part in the Irish selection is true. :rofl:

Just watching Wagons Den (don't ask me what it is :lol: ) and Mary from Crystal Swing is on and she just said they are hoping to represent Ireland in Eurovision. :rofl: :rofl:

Apparently Italy is supposed to have the entry to the final guaranteed.

Qatar submitted a request to join EBU but then withdrew it.

Lichtenstein hasn't been accepted either.

At the moment it looks like 40 countries are going to take part (Slovakia is out due to restructuring of the broadcaster, Hungary is out because the main public broadcaster has loads of trouble and the other didn't get accepted into EBU).

it's not bad, it reminds me of a jingle for a long distance phone plan
