Finally, "we'"ve found THE song for Lena, and in the end it was no real surprise, it was a favourite right from the begin. Actually, I enjoyed it, it's quite straight forward and has drive, apart from it I've seen/heard worse so far. Of course I believe it's almost impossible to win again. However, here's "Taken by a stranger" by Lena for Germany:

(Not the final, "winning" performance yet, this one is from the semi-final ...)

Thoughts???

I like it! :) It's very different from last year's song.

I like it, has a strangely (considering the style) catchy rhythm and she performs it quite well.

:(

So did you miss the traditional surreal moment that necessarily takes place every year in Spanish Contest, with a conflict about the rules for resolving a Jury draw, the singer basically explaining she wanted the "other song", not selected :drama: and then winning with a completely wtf song :shuffle:

Lucia Pérez won with "Que me quiten lo bailao" :scream: (she was the better singer but the song is :yikes: ) I´m still shocked we selected a song with a refrain like "parachuru-churu" :drama::slinkaway

Song fits Lena’s style perfectly. I like that it’s not predictable, and gives off a bit of a sly feeling. Cool!

After last year's Algo Pequeñito (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGlKLUujURk&feature=related), which I really liked (and Daniel is :swoon: ;) ), I was hoping for another good song from Spain... :slinkaway

I like that song, but doubt it will win. But, then again, everything is possible in ESC.

Georgia will be represented by Eldrine, with the song One More Day (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5CwHUsAm4U). :)

I don't hate it, but I also don't love it. :shuffle: Her voice is nice, though.

this Eldrine girl from Georgia looks better than sings...

sparky, the Spanish song is not THAT bad! maybe a little tacky, that parachuru part would be better off, but at least it's catchy and fun :).
I'm  over Lena's song. totally different from Satellite. I like it but imho it's not really Eurovision-friendly ;).

btw, so far we've got parachuru-churu, haba haba and da da dam :D. what's gonna be next?

At Sanremo (the main italian song contest) they said Raphael Gualazzi is going to represent Italy, they also showed a clip of the Eurovision and said that RAI2 is goin to broacast it.
I think the song is this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yK9XomGVX1g
