Yes, emphasis on "somewhat" similar. Was Woods risking suspension by the PGA because of his adultery? Was he violating a morals clause that would result in a limited participation of tournaments and/or any fine?

Yeah, correct me if I'm wrong, but Tiger wasn't charged with harrassing those women. Of course, it was horrible what Tiger did to his family, but, as far as it has been reported, Tiger's activities were consensual.
