My only problem with the storyline is that I don't care about April or Stark. They're investing way too much time redeeming his character when he could just...you know...go away.

On a show where actors vie for screen time, it would make sense for a character that no one likes to go away. It's certainly happened before.

In anticipation of a new episode, I'm bumping up the thread. Comments to come.

Yay for a new episode, finally! :cheer:

BTW-The Star Trek: TNG geek inside me is loving that Marina Sirtis is a guest star in this episode (she's the lady who dropped out of Derek's trial) but I hate that she's playing someone's mom. That makes me feel old since I remember her being a youngish character on ST: TNG and that couldn't have been that long ago, right??! Dang I'm old now, LOL

The best thing about this episode is all the Adele in the background.

ITA. I was :cheer:, but then I was  because the lyrics totally don't go with most of the scenes shown.

I KNEW she was going to crash that car. She wasn't looking at the road AT ALL.

Of course I always think that people driving on tv are going to crash because they never actually look at the road. But this time it was true.

They rarely show people on television driving unless they crash or get pulled over. It takes away from it, as I couldn't concentrate on the exchange for waiting on the crash to happen.

They do it on bones all the time. And I always think that he is going to crash.

I knew the crash was coming when she unbuckled her seat belt.

If a woman throws up on tv, she is having a pregnancy scare. There is a 95% chance that she is pregnant. No woman every throws up with out believing she is pregnant.

Was this the dreaded musical episode? I'm trying to decide if I should time-shift it or read a recap later.

I didn't recognize her at all, even though I knew I'd seen her before. :shuffle: And the worst part is, Troi is one of my favorite characters on TNG, and she didn't look all that different in GA, just straighter hair and a bit older. I'm going to go hang my head in shame now...
