The DVR cut off when House went into Cuddy's office at the end. What happened there?

House said something along the lines of "Hey, when you thought I was dying you realized that a little workplace lie for the sake of a patient didn't really matter." To which Cuddy replied something like "Yes. When I thought you were dying." And then walked out. That's where it ended. So definitely still unresolved.

I'm loving Huddy just because of the new ground it offers the writers. There wasn't really anywhere else for House to grow as a character without throwing him into a relationship, and bringing in another character just for the sake of a relationship would have been artificial.

But the best moment in last night's episode was when he used the internet porn chick as a translator. Classic!

I want Remy back :fragile: But I have to say I do like the new girl - she brings something different to the team! I hope they can find a way for both girls to be in the team somehow.

Wonder if the new girl will fall in love with any of the men?!

This being TV, it's pretty much a given. :) You couldn't possibly add a character to a show without having her fall in love with an existing character. The only question is which one.

Tonight's episode was really good. I really liked Cuddy's mother lol

I enjoyed the episode a lot, too. House drugging Cuddy's mom and Wilson,,, Totally didn't see that coming.

I've never been much of a Candace Bergen fan, but she was hilarious as Cuddy's mother. "You never told me your mother was a schicksa" -- LOL!

Best episode in some time, I think! The dinner scene was classic.

Yes! See, if Cuddy had a sense of humor like that, i would be more in favor of the whole Huddy storyline. But she's always come across to me as being, IDK... whiney. It's fine when the characters are playing against each other, but I think it's something that can become grating over time in a relationship. That whole we average the pain concept - um, yeah... that why *I* choose to be single.

Hmmmm...maybe I saw a different episode. I felt the whole storyline around Cuddy's mother definitely had "jump the shark" potential. Just silly foolishness. One of the weaker episodes lately, imho. What saved it for me was Taub's storyline and that I'm warming to the new young doc, liking her eons more than 13.

I'm just the other way around. I thought the Cuddy's-mother storyline was good, but I'm sick to death of Taub and his issues. If we get one more episode about how he cheated on his wife but keeps piling this load of guilt and blame on her, I'm going to be the one throwing rocks.

Totally agree with you about Masters vs. 13, though. A straightforward woman with a spine -- yay! It's about darned time!

Hasn't he drugged someone before. I was disappointed when it turned out that she didn't realize he drugged her. I was looking forward to seeing her retaliate.

Yes, he drugged Wilson once before. I still was surprised, and yes, it could have been fun watching her retaliate, but it was pretty funny she didn't realize she'd been drugged.

I like Masters better than 13, too, but alas, her days are numbered on the show.
