To be fair, the girls in the Wild videos are adults. Most of them want to get wild, crazy, drunk and act like fools during Spring Breaks. If they're dumb enough to put themselves in compromising situations in front of a video camera than it's their faults.

ITA, and was actually thinking that I should have said so in my post. I don't like men taking advantage of women, but I also have little sympathy for women who put themselves in those situations. Being drunk is no excuse - anyone who chooses to drink must take responsibility for their actions when doing so.

I don't want to derail the discussion from Survivor, but GGW has shown that they aren't just looking for chicks flashing their goods and catching it on camera. They actively seek out women who are impaired and talk them into flashing for the camera. I'm sure some do it at the drop of a hat and hey, if they're into it why not.

But

is a pretty blatant blame-the-victim attitude. Feel the same way about drunk women who are raped?

Absolutely not. I was speaking specifically of Girls Gone Wild type antics - being drunk on camera, dancing around in a slutty way, kissing strangers, flashing your boobs, etc. If a girl - or a guy - gets drunk enough to do these things then regrets it later, it's their own fault (unless of course someone was slipped alcohol or drugs without their knowledge).

The reverse side of the coin is that IMO a guy - or a girl - who takes advantage of someone (ie egging them on to do more, filming them, making out) when they are drunk is guilty too, but just in a different way.

When it comes to rape, there is never, ever any excuse. There is a perpetrator, there is a victim, regardless of what state either was in at the time.

I am so glad the “blacks/minorities unite” conspiracy discussion between Sash and NaOnka was not edited out…… The whole America saw and heard it…. Some Blacks too want to segregate to gain advantage over White people…. Has it been a white person saying it, oh boy! would we be all talking about it for 20 page…… :D

I was right. No more chanting.

I wondered what Jill was up to last episode when she let Marty find the Hidden Immunity Idol. Now it appears that her strategy was to force someone else to take it and then try to neutralize the benefit to that particular player by getting him to tell the rest of the tribe that he has it.

I don't think Marty has any idea how much (or how skillfully) Jill is playing him.

For the record, I *loathe* Jimmy T. What is wrong with his teeth? And is he really that self unaware that he believes that he is a leader? Ugh! This should be Survivor: The Millionaire Edition. The ones I am sure about:

Jimmy Johnson
Dan
Marty

I suspect that there are a few others, but that's who I know for sure.

I WANT REGULAR PEOPLE LIKE PRANCER ON THIS DAMNED SHOW!

The commentary on this show is the epitome of current sentiment in USA “punish the successful” – the crud rules!

The JJ is too accomplished and too famous and a great coach – let’s get rid of him.

The Invalid Girl with an artificial leg is too strong, brave, and overcame the impossible to make herself a fully functional person WITHOUT A LEG – she is a threat! People will like her and appreciate her too much – let’s get rid of her!

Ghetto trash gets all the attention! Her she smashes the bananas and hits the Invalid Girl but nobody minds….

Bitter Marin Country/California fake New-Ager plays the “I love you all and share my Idol with you” game and is one step away from turning green from envy over JJ’s success – and he gets to stay.

I don’t know why USA spent trillions of tax-payers’ money for 65 years to fight Socialism in USSR…

SO WELCOME…… TO THE MACHINE…. :D

Jayar - thanks for info - so many millionaires, wow?
Not as entertaining as last week.
Espada:
Sorry to see Jimmy J to go, I liked him, not for the win, but to see where it would go.
Jimmy T & Marty - are so distracted by disliking him, I don't like them. Jimmy T more hate, Marty at least is trying to play politically/socially. Jimmy T seems to be all about what a leader he is.
Tyrone - could be a threat, has physical ability, and others are on the radar, even after losing he challenge. He gets in some good lines, seems to be smart and is playing the game.
Holly - not BSC this week, boring
Jane - under the radar type, could go far is underestimated
Dan - go home and take Jimmy T & Marty with you
Ewe - another utr, but the youngest, and looks in good shape
Jill - not sure yet, is she dumb or playing Marty like a fiddle. If she is playing him, go girl! Was she pasive with any of JimmyJ/Dan/Holly choice, or just being careful not drawing attention to herself.
La Fleur - name makes me think of Sawyer from Lost :swoon:
Fabio - could he really be playing and be one I will be rooting to win the whole thing? The crab thing was funny.
Naonka - please get voted out asap. Is she a plant? What a bytch? And she is a teacher? She is judgmental, as Fabio and Kelly B appeared to be disliked for her based on first impressions/appearances. She does not seem stable to me.

Who would ever have thought that the older tribe would be so beset by all these chest-thumping alpha males who can't stand not being in charge?

My husband thinks Jane should be in charge because she is the one who actually knows how to survive, is said to be practical and resourceful and seems to have common sense. I told him that's all for naught because she's a female. Can you see see Jimmy T letting Jane be in charge for three seconds? Ha!

I think Jill is playing the game. Apparently she's told everyone she's a nurse. She's actually a doctor. To me, that indicates that she is intentionally going for the UTR game.

I had a student once who acted exactly like Na'Onka--always very angry at the world. I was a little scared of her, to be honest, although I never thought she would actually hurt me. Well, foolish me--she got into an argument with a GTA over a parking space one day and stabbed the GTA with a screwdriver. I can see Na'Onka flying off into a mindless rage like that.

Just got to watch this week's. Sorry to see Jimmy J. go, and not just 'cuz I'm a longtime Cowboys fan. Kudos to him for being the only one on the team to admit he's a weak player. Love the delusions of Jimmy T and Danny for thinking they are strong contributors

Na'onka is like some kind of fungus to me. I feel like I need a shower after watching anything she does. B*tch.

She teaches Phys Ed, right? After seeing this I would remove anyone I knew from her classes ASAP. She's a blight on the human landscape, but after Evil Russell, where else could the producers go?

I'm curious about the gameplay this week. Jimmy J. seemed to realize that he was a marked man, yet we don't see him doing any negotiating to get someone else off. He's a big Survivor fan, so I would assume he did something, yet CBS didn't show us anything. One wonders what the deal with that was...

I wonder over all the years how many contestants have really suffered at work or at home because of the way they played the game? Naonka might run into real problems because of her behavior I would think. And it must have happened to many of the other people who have behaved badly on the show.

In his day after vid, Jimmy J. said that he didn't want to be the one to hold the team back and that he and Dan were the weakest, so one of them had to go. He voted for Dan and said something like "One of us tonight, the other next."

The impression I got was that he realized that the game was really too much for him and he saw himself as a liability.

I know there's always a lot that gets said that we don't see, but I really felt like we didn't get the true story this week. I can't believe Tyrone got away scot free with hogging the sopt in the challenge. Was Jimmy J that much in charge that he was completely to blame? I mean, Tyrone obviously didn't want to give up trying. And as annoying as Jimmy T is, he did get a bag on the barrel and may have been able to wrap up the challenge if he'd been brought in sooner.

I'll take y'all's words on it that Jill is being a great strategist. I am not impressed with her at this point - although getting the HII out in the open does undo a little of the damage she did when she essentially gave the idol to Marty.

NaOnka seems like a nightmare person to deal with, and her obsession with The Leg is freaking me out, but I actually thought she was both strategically right in making sure Kelly B didn't get the clue (even though I'm rooting for KB and Alina), and pretty damned funny in her aside to the camera later. Take out all the bitchyness (a daunting task, I know) and she's got a decent handle on this game. We'll just have to see if her emotions get the best of her like it does with so many big bitchy personality players.
