Florence Rose Endellion was born yesterday and weighed in at 6 pounds 1 once. Congratulations to the new parents.

She's their fourth child (http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2010/aug/25/cameron-baby-name-florence-rose-endellion), actually. Their eldest child, Ivan, died last year at the age of six.
