Congrats to Mexico - She's gorgeous and the dress really stood out among the sea of white in the final 10.

I really think she was the prettiest of all 83, but I could never have picked her from all those pictures, had to get it down to 15, then I could see, and Jamaica was a close second except that her dress sequins were overbaked.

Mexico is STUNNING and totally deserved the win!!!! :cheer2: Jamaica gave her a run for her money though, and could've taken it with a better dress, IMO.

I was just chiming in for the last portion of the competition. Was the competition in the bag for Miss Philippines if she gave a relatively good answer? Or was it because of the large amount of Filipinos in the audience/Las Vegas area that there was a big applause?

Regardless, I would have been okay with any of the top three winning the competition, although I think I like the answer booth and everyone answering the same final question better.

I also called Miss Mexico early to a coworker but thought Miss Philippines was going to give her a run for the crown -- until the final question.

Here was our conversation:
