Dont like P-B programs. Where there originality, there unique style? They need comeback to Zazui. This programs too simple, no new elements, new transitions. And this is team, who had most origignal programs before.
SD look really strang Amelie+tango.....

I like C-L SD - it was funn to watch. But there FD look totally boring. I cant understand- what is this? And i think if they want to take medal at ECh they need improve there skills and show something new in there elements.

As for Shibutanies - they look create, skating skills was really fantastic. As for FD - this dance is too usual, but look, like ISU want to see more dances like this - pure baalroom dance. For there debute in seniors i think this program look good, but in future they need something better.

Hope all programs will improve during season and we will see something new

I like this SD. This team look very artistic and have funn during there SD

Does anyone know why the German fed did not like this team before? Possibly Kustarova, their former coach was not a good choice for them, and being at Oberstdorf will help bring them into better favor with their Fed?

Maybe because Nelly didnt have German citizenship, when H-H and B-B had and could compete at OG

yes, that´s right. this was really a shame. two years ago, zhiganshina/gaszi were oviously the best couple on the ice at the german championships, but however, they failed to win, because the udges put h/h in front. the audience screamed a wa shocked. boooh!

no, the olympic games are just 4 years ahead, maybe the german federation will give them a chance. but be aware. if frohberg/gießen match well at the grand prixs, the same game will start over again

Is there any possibility of Nelli's citizenship being resolved? Especially since they now train in Oberstdorf, so they should be able to some day satisfy residency requirements? After all, Savchenko somehow managed to become Olympic games eligible?

Not sure whether this has been posted already; apols if it has:

I'm not crazy about the music, but he's just magnificent. :swoon:

The music is awful, but Dai is just sooo charismatic. No one can ever say he's unoriginal, and that 3A looks so smooth you can't believe the season hasn't even started yet!

Thanks for the link.

Me too, but since they did not compete at any GP, Euros, or Worlds competition last season they do not have the ranking points (top 24) or season best scores (top 75) to make the list of those eligible for GP assignments. Also, Germany does not have a GP event, so Z/G can't receive a host pick either.

Brian Joubert's LP seems to be Beethoven's 9th Symphony:

David Wilson is the one who chose it. I don't know what to think about it. Whether it will suit Brian or not. It sure will be interesting, because it something completely new for him

Well, perhaps he will not use the Ode to Joy part.

I can picture it! And what I'm picturing is Brilliance!

Powerful, dramatic and joyeous music that's not cheesy or generic, that's the way to go with Brian! Can't wait to see his programs

Oh, I have hearts in my eyes. :swoon: I've loved this music ever since I watched Mishkutenok/Dmitriev's LP to it and I'm loving this program from Rippon too. That last step sequence is going to be (even more of) a killer moment as the season goes on.
