FEMA hands out better clothes than Gretchen.

So if Michael C already has a boutique w/A-list clients, what is in this for him? I mean, hasn't he already achieved what the other designers want? I like him, so I am not criticizing. Just curious. I guess more notoriety is always a good thing...

Has Michael ever shown a collection at NY Fashion Week? Maybe that's one of his main goals.

I think he wants what every fashion designer wants, to be a household name. Whether luxury brand or ready-to-wear, he wants more than a handful of A-listers wearing his clothing.

I do think, though, that even if he stays with a more "evening wear" collection, he will have to do more than dresses. He will need to get some dressy suits/jackets into the mix. And that is where his skill may fail him.

I think that's one of the reasons that Kenley did not win her season. She only did dresses and skirts. Well, that and her vile personality.

Or he just wants to be Chloe and get more exposure for the store he already has and go home and make it a bit better.

Of course, since he hasn't talked about his store every 30 seconds a la Chloe, I'm not seeing that.

She is on the list of winners that I cannot stand.

I don't remember a single thing Chloe made.

The same sort of mediocre crap she is still selling at her wonderful store:

I'm friends with that model on the homepage of Lot 8. My other friend also has Chloe as her sworn enemy because she agreed to provide clothes for a photo shoot, but they didn't show up the day of the shoot.

She's lovely. I hope she was paid well for modeling those boring clothes. ;)

The same was true of Rami Kashou from Season 4. Rami claimed that he wanted to be able to expand his business so that he could afford to hire people to handle the administrative/clerical side of things.
