Does anyone have a list of the time limits for the USFSA freeskate tests? I was able to find a list of elements here (http://www.iceskatesnblades.com/USFSA___ISI_Test_Levels.html), but I can't find the time limits anywhere. Thanks!

If you have access to the USFSA test section of the Rulebook, the test requirements and durations are rules TR 32.02 to TR 32.12
It's always best to go straight to the source (in theis case, USFS) rather than rely on third party sources that may or may not be updated.

This is the competition freeskate requirements. It will give you the correct times for each level, but the element requirements on the tests are more specific than in competition.
Use these:

Or the rules zaphyre14 indicates in the test rulebook: http://www.usfigureskating.org/Content/Tests%20Book%20without%20diagrams.pdf
