Novak's latest blog entry (http://www.novakdjokovic.rs/diary.php?jezik=2) including a video of him singing (yup, again!) while his girlfriend is not even trying to hide her embarrassment, photos and some commentary. As always - comedy central!

^ Hey, you are not a real singer unless someone spits on a banknote and then sticks it on your forehead!

From Ana's official website Q&A:

Martin: Hey Ana! Have you seen some from the winter olympics in Vancouver? What's your favourite winter sport and did you some ski someday? Best wishes for all. Love. Martin

Ana: Unfortunately I didn't have time to watch much, just a little figure skating, which is one of my favourite events. I used to love skiing with my family when I was younger, but these days I don't do it, because the risk of injury is too high.

W T F, Q? Sam is one set all versus the 597th ranked player in the world who's playing his first ATP level match.

OTOH, a guy can dream, can't he, that this Klahn guy is the desperately needed savior for US pro tennis and that an upset over Querrey is just the beginning of the greatness? :P

For now. As long as it stays friendly and sanctimony-free (unlike the end of Wimbledon), back to being one of the few escapes at FSU from the usual BS, I'll stick around and yak it up. Still love the sport -- the men's side is at its best-ever and the ladies side is a fascinating mess. (Wozniacki #1! OMFG!)

Thanks for the welcome back! (I've also been very very busy lately ... life is good.)

OMG, Azarenka!

Poor thing collapsed on the court and had to be taken out in a wheelchair.

I wouldn't bet on it. If he was really good he'd already be playing pro events......like Ryan Harrison. ;)

BTW, Querrey now up 2 sets to 1.

Ryan Harrison a set apiece with the #15 seed. Go Ryan!!

Sammy Q about to serve for the match, aka "Sam's Trek: The Wrath of Klahn". :P

And Klahn breaks Sammy! :watch:

This Klahn kid certainly knows how to carve an angle!

Sammy breaks back and takes the match! :cheer2:

Good for Sam. First rounders are tricky no matter who's on the other side of the net.

Querrey couldn't have asked for a better draw, with 3 rounds of guys he should be able to overpower, and then Murray -- who he has had success with / matches up well with -- in the R16. Past that, in the QF there's the headcase Berdych (or more likely whoever Tomas loses to beforehand) for a spot in the semifinals.

That said, yeh, I DO NOT predict the semifinals for Sam ... not gonna trust the guy at a Slam until he actually performs at one or two of them.

Gutted for Viktoria. :( Slams don't love the girl at all, thus far in her career. I'd say "good break for Venus" (seeded to meet in the R16), but I don't see Vee getting by Pironkova this weekend, anyway.
