In the trailer did I catch Harry yelling at Ron to kill Nagini?

Hmmmmm, I hope not since it has to be Neville and Harry is still supposed to be dead. If they change that critical point, I'll be majorly unhappy.

I saw someone attack Nagini or was it Nagini attacking someone? Anyway, Harry is only mostly dead (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OnlyMostlyDead), of course. ;)

But, he can't *come back to life* until Nagini is dead. It has to be Neville standing there alone facing Nagini so the sorting hat can give him the sword. I'll be screaming at the movie if they make it Ron. I'm already prepared for the bawling when Dobby, Fred and Hedwig die. :wuzrobbed

I sort of thought I saw that. I'm a bit worried about what they are going to do to this movie. I was really, very unhappy with the 6th movie.

It better not be Ron, I agree. If they had time to put in the non-existent "stopping the train" scene, they better have the time for Neville. My reaction to Fred's death was: NO! Take Ron instead! :angryfire

From what I can see, that looks like the locket horcrux scene.

That's what I thought it was.

Oh, then it's not Nagini. It has to be Harry and Hermione smooching.

One of them sure got really long and green. :P Or may be it's Bathilda The Snake, not Nagini The Snake?

Hmmm....they could rewrite the script that way, except it's much cooler for Ron's jealousy to cause him to hesitate. I could live with it if they make that change. Except she wasn't a horcrux and the locket has to be stabbed with the sword and Nagini can't be killed till the end. I'm going to hate this movie.

I hope so. It had better be Neville. The Neville scene was epic.

And I am personally quite excited for NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH.

I feel like they merchandised the crap out of Neville being suddenly awesome with movie!OotP came out (I certainly own a 'Neville is my hero' shirt) so I'm not too concerned about them dropping his crowning moment.

My brother just finished reading Deathly Hallows on a cruise I'm currently on. I've been dying to talk to him about it. I told him I anticipate being disappointed because I want the entire "final battle" (from the moment they get into Hogwarts through Hogsmeade through to Tom Riddle's demise) to be presented as written. The sheer imagery of that final battle in the book is so vivid, I just know that the movie is not going to do it justice. All I know is I better see Mandrakes going over the walls to the Death Eaters! (That part still makes me chuckle!). I really want to see all aspects of the teachers and students mounting their defense of Hogwarts. And they better not short change Snape's part in the final battle.

I hope they don't shortchange Snape's memory scene.
