Don't know about Ozil. But I know that Muller's club made the Championship Final and he's a starter for them. They've made it clear that they aren't selling him, and he's already signed an extension. Supposedly they are going to give him a raise too.

Contracts don't really mean anything in football. Cristiano Ronaldo signed a five year contract extension in 2007 and a year later, he was demanding a move to Madrid. Bayern is a big club but ManU, Barcelona, Madrid, and Chelsea can throw money at players and hold a better promise of titles.

Well obviously I imagine he might make the switch eventually. But for him right now, I would think it wouldn't be a bad move to stay with Bayern until he's 23. He's got a good coach and team there, and he's a starter. He can establish himself a little more there-than make a big move when he's only 23.

To be honest I couldn't care less about which team wins. All I want is a game as entertaining as the 3rd place match...

The best thing about this is that a new name will be on the honor roll of cup winners. Either team is worthy. Here's hoping for a classic game...:)

I've been watching the Tour de France, and there seems to be a lot of joking between the Spanish and Dutch riders (at least on the flat parts of the race). They were joking about the 2 lonely Spanish riders on the predominantly Dutch Rabobank team and how they'll be eating dinner by themselves tonight.

Ah, good.
I suggest we save the costs, hand the title to Spain and cancel the game :D

I agree. I think staying with Bayern is the right course for now. I just hope he is careful about whichever team he chooses to play for. Berbatov, for example, is totally class but has not settled with ManU and will most likely get sent back to Germany. Which is a shame since he proved he could play in the Premier League after 2 great seasons with Tottenham.
