Will Paul the Octopus be predicting the final? :shuffle:
I think he only predicts the matches Germany plays, so he'll predict the bronze final. Seriously, he has 6/6 now.

So far, he's only done Germany matches.

But can I borrow him to pick out lottery numbers? :shuffle:

Zokko, even if now there is disappointment, all Germany must be very proud of their team, young, talented and trying not only to win but play great! :respec: :)
Well said! :)

I got a terrible cold :( My friends were in a party but I declined to attend, I didnīt want to make everybody falling sick, but they just call to inform me that Iīll be watching with them the next Sunday match even if I must get all the couch for me

Guess my country is in some kind of shock now.

But what a game...Well, Spain was really great. I don't think that Germany was too bad but Spain was better. So...England was no team, Argentina was no team. Blown away by a great German team. Spain is a team with a long experience in playing together. I think that is what made them strong.

Though I'm really, really sad, I still am proud of these German boys. No one expected anything from them. But what they did was some kind of magic. It wasn't only that the whole German country was celebrating on the streets again. It was also that there was so much appreciation they got from the whole world. And they are so young. This time Spain was stronger. But their time will come.

And it was amazing to see the enthusiasm of my country. Today I walked through the city while the game was on (I changed places in the halftime) and saw all the TV's in the restaurants. And each was full with spectators. Public viewing areas were closed two hours before the match because they were full.
I only wish that my country now isn't only disappointed but also proud.
