Hum, I would see you at her place. We could say that to many other skaters, what about Kim Yu-Na at 2010 Worlds? But skaters are human and we don't have to judge them.

Now, here's an interesting question: anyone think Amanda's going to get that Russia spot? Or Cheltzie? Aren't there a few people a front of Cheltzie (not that that ever changed anything) and isn't Amanda technically "first in line" for a second GP (ditto)?

Joshi Helgesson is still wating for a 2nd spot. She was number 24 on the world ranking and has only got one spot. Some people after her has got two... I think she can be in the line.

As for Gwendoline, I disagree with everything you said Ziggy. Gwendoline has got a major health problem that prevents her from doing a full free program. She just can't. And kudos to her for going where she is with what she has.

I didnt see anything hilarious or proving of giving up in that video either.. just a bad LP from a lesser skater..

I have to back up Ziggy here, in that video it doesn't show as much as it did live in the rink but it was one of the worst examples I have ever seen of a senior level skater giving up and letting everyone know. I am making no judgement on the girl and her attitude in general and I am sure she was disappointed with herself but her attitude for the second half of that programme was atrocious.
