The last interesting programs he did that I can remember are Takahashi's "Cyber Swan" and Ando's "Sheherezade" SPs and that was a long time ago. ;)

I liked "The Pearl Fishers" he did for Pang/Tong and Oda's Chaplin.:saint:

"The Pearl Fishers" were the best program Pang/Tong had but that's not exactly a compliment. :P

Chaplin I was very disappointed with. A bland program. You could do so much more with the music.

Oda used to be so adorable and had such cool programs when he won Junior Worlds. Morozov made him really boring. :(

It might have something to do with the fact that B/S came from the same coach. (Moskvina)
I have quite often seen skaters changing from one partner to the other , but having learned theier basics with the same trainer don`t have these problems.
Mozer for example is known for having many pairs which she switches around if she thinks it might work out better with different partners.

Well exactly plus given the difference between Stanislav and Maxim, is there really any surprise that there might be an adjustment phase, Tatiana is use to being thrown around by someone much, much more powerful

Plus its not a competition just a show, and they are probably just trying to get a feel for their programs. I say give it a few more months, at LEAST.

Oda's natural height cannot grow with time, so the blame should not be put on Mr. Morozov for his unattractive presentation on ice.

I thought Chaplin worked for Oda. I mean where he is so small, looks so young, and is not that artistic, he couldn't pull off a lot of the programs the other men do. He made a pretty cute Chaplin though :).

I read at FSO that Daria Medvedeva broke her leg and might have to miss the rest of the season :(

Oh-- that's really awful. You don't hear about many broken legs in skating. (But maybe she didn't break it skating.)

That is bad, hopefully this won't hinder her chance for getting JGP events next season

I had a chance today to watch Tamara Moskvina's group training.

The present couples were Kawaguti/Smirnov, Gerboldt/Enbert, Imaikina/Bezmaternyh and the juniors Vasilieva/Shevchuk.

The training lasted for about an hour and half, the general impression was that the time wasn't even nearly enough for those 8.
