Thanks for multiple replies! :)

There has been discussion about her that I missed:

Wow, 3-3! Hope that she will be injure-free and we will see her a lot soon.

Elena won the SP at the Russian cup today with 56 points and landed clean 3Lz-3T...

I'd say very well. She has good positions in the lifts, she lands triple throws (throw triple Lutz and loop if I remember correctly), and I saw a decent death spiral (fids), the bids wasn't as good yet. The weakest element definitely is the twist. They were working on a triple, but it is still messy.
Wow, I can't wait to see them skate!

56points is an insanely good score even with the Russian bonus points for a triple lutz! Good for her!

Then I visited Tamara Mosvkina's group. Kavaguti/Smirnov have nice programs, I like both for them. They are not in top shape yet after him having groin surgery and then an ankle injury during the summer. He resumed practice only end of August.

I had not idea Smirnov had surgery, I hope they take it easy and take time to recover properly. I can't wait to see their new programs they sound very interesting.

Katarina Gerboldt/Alexander Enbert have progressed a lot. It is hard to believe that she has been a pair skater for only six months now. They really seem to enjoy skating together and bring that across.

I'm not sure why I'm not more excited to see this pair. She wasn't a very good singles skater and he wasn't a good pairs skater so I just can't see them getting together and setting the world on fire. Maybe TM can work her magic I guess only time will tell.

I thought he was rather dull as a pair skater before and I didn't see so much in her as a single skater either, but they look so happy on the ice together, and I think this makes the difference. They are obviously enjoying what they are doing and both look like they see their pairing as a great chance for them to bring the best out of them and they want to use this chance.

Gerbolt can jump very high. That is always what impressed me the most about her. When her jumps were good, they looked beautiful. She had the full set of triples and decent spins and spirals. Moksvina can do wonders with her.

I would totally do Larionov anytime so shut up haterz. :P

Zero transitions, generic "CH". Disappointing from someone with actual ability.

Well last season Ksenia Makarova managed to ignore the music in her SP entirely so what else is new.

Dull dull dull.

Here are the three short programs from B/L, K/S and V/T. It's in Russian but you just need to click the link...no sound.

I guess tomorrow is the long programs.

I only watched Tatiana & Maxim's program, and it's not a SP, it's a LP.

:)

Thanks for the link, by the way!

Thanks for the link, julieann. :)

It seems B&L are the most prepared team, I like their program. K&S were not bad too. Its nice to see V&T for the first time together but they still need a lot of work.

Looks like V/T already removed the SBS spread eagles into the SBS spins that we had seen from the first test skate clip :(

Thanks so much for the link. :)

All 3 teams are looking pretty good.

B&L's sbs jumps are still out of sync though. Vera looks better. Not as gaunt as in previous years.

Pairs at Russian nats is gonna be awesome.

Maybe it's in the other program now? I hope they post more tomorrow or post Maria and Jerome. K/S seem very tenitive, I would be too if I had as many health problems as they've had. On a more superficial note: I love Bazarova's dress.
