Cassar improved by 10 points over his previous season best score. Don't be too heartbroken for him yet!

Well, its good that he's improving through the season.

Lysacek is not competing this season, Sylvia.

Bradley is still undecided, but that was August 19 when he told me. Now I am out of the loop, because the Sept 1 deadline has passed.
I'm not expecting either Lysacek or Bradley to compete at 2011 Nationals, but since neither has officially announced this as fact yet, I used "(if he competes)" in my post above as a courtesy to both. :)

By my current count, 4 of the 9 Regionals could end up holding a Senior Men's event this year (if more than 4 register) -- New England, North Atlantic, Southwest, and Southwest Pacific. But nothing is certain right now because it's still unknown who may have switched clubs by the Sept. 1st deadline.

Ryan Bradley is participating in " Kings on Ice" this November- together with Plushenko, Lambiel and Weir. They are touring Russian provinces ( no shows in Moscow/St. Petersburg as of yet)
Which probably means Ryan will not compete this year, but it also means that his abilities as a show skater are recognized- between Disson shows and Kings on Ice he is quite in demand, which is great:)

Jonathan Cassar (formerly EGL; now listed as All Year FSC in SWP region),

Boo, he switched? I was so hoping he'd be at Mids.

Cassar is being coached by Frank now. Him and Andrew Gonzales have been rooming together in Lake Arrowhead.

And Sylvia, I apologize, I keep forgetting Evan is leaving the door to 2011 Nationals open :duh:

I know that he is coached by Frank now. But skaters don't always switch clubs/sections when they switch coaches. So I was hoping I might still get to see him.

Was moving to the SWP a good idea? Pretty tough crowd out here.

He was announced as representing the All Year FSC at Golden West, so I believe that he is officially in SWP.

Eliot Halverson (EGL region/Mids section) has decided to take the 2010-11 season off from competition due to a recurrence of his back injury :(, according to the latest edition of Sarah and Drew's "Inside Edge" blog -- article link is posted here: http://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/showpost.php?p=2869696&postcount=1

Dennis Phan (SWP region/Coasts) reportedly is joining one of the "Holiday on Ice" tours in Europe -- I'm told that he informed people of this news during the Golden West club competition in L.A. this past weekend.

Do you mean South Atlantic? I counted 2 skaters in your scoretracker for NA.

Look at the Senior Men's roster for the Middle Atlantics club competition in NYC that I listed on the previous page -- quite a few North Atlantic men are scheduled to compete for the first time this season.

I know. Just looking for additional confirmation...
