Rachael's FS from Sarah and Drew:

R. Flatt - 2A-3T, 3LZ-2LO, 3F, 3LZ, 3F-2T-2LO, 3LO, 3S. Very expressive choreo. Another standing ovation!

Great job by Rachael! :) This is exactly what she needed after a subpar SP, and I'm so happy for her!

I don't know if it's over; if it is, the scores probably haven't been posted yet. Hopefully Drew will get a picture of the results sheet like he did for the short program. :)

Yes, me too! I'm interested to see the results when both skate perfectly. ;)

Many girls will contend.

Whenever I get into an argu... , um .... I mean discussion with the Canadians, I bring up what I call the "Skaters' Paradox."

The great weakness of the American ladies' team is that we don't have one lady who is clearly superior to all others ...........

...... The great weakness of the Canadian team is that they do. :D

Polymer Bob if you have seen Agnes skate recently you would not be making that comment. Agnes is the clearly superior and getting better. I know you might think I'm a homer for Agnes, but that is not the case. I have seen a lot of skating, Agnes has it all including the rare combination of strength and flexibility. I think an argument could be made that she was the best female last year.

I agree, blade_runner. Agnes has a very unique combination of strength and artistry. While I don't think she'll run away with the National title this year, she is very much in the mix and could turn out to be an international force this quadrennium. I'm just excited to see her skate and watch her progress. :)

From the various message boards, I have learned that .................
Mirai is the best U.S. lady.
Rachael is the best U.S. lady.
Christina is the best U.S. lady.
Agnes is the best U.S. lady.
Ashley is the best U.S. lady.

So I guess we will have to wait and see. :)

I'll place my bets after the GP. The home-made club comp videos aren't enough for me to go by.
