It's very likely Gordon Brown is on his way out, but I'll leave this bet unsettled until we know for sure that David Cameron has been able to form a government.

Brown is announcing he'll step down once a new government is formed and a new Labour leader is selected. I guess that means a "No" for our purposes. ;)
