With 649 of 650 seats in, the LibDem seat count stands at 57. Even if they manage to win the remaining seat (a Conservative likely hold) and even if, for some reason, there are recounts or challenges, I'm going ahead and settling this bet since nobody wins anything regardless of whether the outcome is "under 60" or "60-79."
