I'd rather see Dube and Davison...
But, I really wish we had Patrick Chan...

Goddammit! Why do D&D never come to Toronto? I may have to trek to Hamilton now...

:cheer: whee! my friend and I get to see D&D
I hope the show uses lights this year, that was disappointing last year and made me think they were having financial problems (which maybe they are).

I hope they have lighting this year too... just about didn't buy a ticket because I was so disappointed last year. Thought I would give it one more try...

What do you folks mean by no lighting. Was the show just done with house lights up? Basic white spots?

So, Rippon is the only non-Canadian to be in the show. I wish they had more.

It's because they all do the USA tour at the same time (joke)
I also wish the tour was more international. It's bad USA and Canada Tour are at the same time.

Exactly. It was like an exhibition skate after a competition - just the basic white spotlights in 'semi-dark' house light conditions. Really disappointing. Made me realize how much difference lighting makes to a skating show.
