I wish there was some way for Finland to get 3 spots for next year...

That would be awesome. :D

Ice is slippery, there's always a chance Juulia skates a blinder and finishes in the top 10 and Kiira medals.

From your fingers to the skategod´s ears;)
Of course, everything is possible.

Another thing I noticed: Sirkka Kaipio has just quit her long coaching career at TTK. Does anyone know what she's planning to do now?

Sirkka will continue coaching in Järvenpää (JTL).
Info here (http://jtl.sporttisaitti.com/?x103997=167683) (in Finnish)

They also announced the so-called "Talent Team" which is for skaters born between 1998 and 2002 but these are such youngsters that maybe there won't be any talk about them on FSU yet during the upcoming season. ;) So I don't know if it needs to be posted. There are 28 young skaters in the Talent Team.

National Team is still unannounced (but I think it'll look pretty much like last year).

Kiira Korpi is keeping her SP Somewhere over the rainbow but will have a new FP.

I would assume because she was going to Canada?

What comes to National Teams, I am pretty sure that Juulia will be included in Team Sochi.

Susanna's life after the retirement:

The interview was done before last Christmas.

My message to YLE: Susanna would make a wonderful skating commentator. She is always very composed and has a lot of dignity.

Although I can't read Finnish, I just want to say that Susanna looks absolutely stunning and seems happy. :cheer2:
