This is the only holiday that is easier for those of us who can't eat wheat than for those who can!
Chag Sameach to all celebrating.

I just made chocolate-caramel cardboard (some with fleur de sel). I think we will enjoy eating it just fine.

Chag Sameach!
Incidentally, I have a friend with celiac disease. Therefore she's on a gluten free diet. Any ideas on where to get gluten free matzah? Our local Shop-Rite supermarket in Philly (which has a marvelous Kosher Dept. all year long doesn't have it). Some of my other friends suggested that she get it in Lakewood, NJ, but I wonder if there are any places that are somewhat closer than that.

Sorry that I can't be of much help, the two primary sources I know/use/have used have been Lakewood (http://www.lakewoodmatzoh.com/locator.asp) which gives a list of stores that stock their products for sure though I think they are available more widely than that, and Rabbi Kestenbaum's (http://www.glutenfreeoatmatzos.com/) Shemura Oat Matzos which are made here in the UK, but shipped to the USA and Canada. I'm afraid outside NYC area, I have no idea on who stocks Kestenbaum. There is a website from Israel (http://www.glutenfree.co.il/) which will ship a variety of gluten free products, but I'm guessing that they won't be of much help to your friend at this time.

Thanks for the advice. My friend has her supply for this year (through another friend who gets it for her), but I was hoping there was a closer location. but this is very useful information for next year. :)
