This is such a shame. I read about it on vacation. His poor mother!

The first time I ever saw him was in a television movie with Liza Minelli and he played a boy with muscular dystrophy. I remember watching the movie and thinking what a good actor he was.

So the flu like symptoms was actually pneumonia?! Plus an enlarged heart and blockage of arteries contributed. Sounds like he never had a chance. :(
