Watched the first 12 episodes, have to give them a credit - so far it's one of the most awful shows I've ever seen.
Usually when I find a thing awful, I don't bother to watch 12 episodes of it. But hey, that's just me.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing.

Damn - I lost a whole post. I agree with TG and michiruwater. There are shows that I can't get into and simply do not watch and I determine it within the first or second episode (Lost being one of them, any and all Law and Order, SVU).
Maybe I grew up in a naive time, but I could name at least four or five guys in high school that could fall for Quinn's line and they were not mentally challenged just desperate for acceptance.
If a hawt head cheerleader found herself pregnant and targeted a naive guy who never thought he had a chance with someone like her, he would be thrilled to get her attention. And if she put moves on him where he would you know actually ejaculate close to her, he might be wishful thinking enough to consider himself the father. Maybe I grew up with a lot of naive boys.
And I agree that 99% of the time Rachel looks like she is passing the most painful bowel movement ever, I blame the director for not a) telling her what stupid faces she is making, b) encouraging the facial movements and c) not editing those unfortunate faces

There is a certain show I can't stand, but feel compelled to watch it.... :shuffle:.

Usually when I'm REALLY bored I could watch something useless and stupid. Which was the case over the weekend. With +35 outside there wasn't that much to do....

Not to hijack this thread, but I feel the need to share the "fun" with more unsuspecting FSUers!!! :EVILLE:

Yeah, but Sandy's always fun for the Krazy factor.
Yeah, I watch her for the snark factor.
As for Glee, I watch it when I think I'll like the songs that they are featuring, like Journey or Madonna. Have they done Motown artists yet?

And what better way is there to cool off than to blow a bunch of hot air into a thread where people are sharing their excitement about something they collectively like:summer:

Because, of course, the only opinion allowed is the excited and the positive one, and oh dear, how would anyone dare to have a different one.

The 1st episode I ever saw was Home, when I completely & irrevocavely (sp) fell in love with this show & many of the characters. I'm now DVR'g the reruns. I find the character of Rachel grating on many levels: she looks too old, she isn't as good as she brags that she is & I don't like that she gets all the leads, and I agree with the painful bowel movement face when she sings.
I think Arnie has the best male voice & I agree that Finn is honestly clueless much of the time. Of the girls, I like when Tina & Mercedes sing; I don't really enjoy Rachel although she has the best female voice. I loved Idina & Kristen guesting & my guilty pleasure is Quinn & Puck.

I think Puck has the best male voice but Artie's a close second. Well, not including Mr. Shue who obviously has the best voice but isn't one of the kids. Finn has about the worst voice of the cast, as well as Quinn.
I love Rachel's voice but I hate how she squeaks constantly. I don't think she looks too old though, she looks about the youngest of the cast except Kurt! I really love Santana's voice and I hope they give her a bunch of solos next season. And I hope we get a male in the group that can actually sing with the girls and not sound noticeably weaker.
