View Full Version : Glee: (just like) starting over...
One word: Kurt :swoon: :swoon: :wuzrobbed
And Gypsy is my favorite musical.
And 'twas bittersweet for them to do "One" the day Kim and Brent announce their retirement from competition. That said, they were happily working together out on the ice yesterday, so I'm happy for them moving on to the next stage.
Did I mention Kurt?

:respec: Kristin Chenoweth slams Newsweek (http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/b180384_kristin_chenoweth_blasts_newsweek_over.htm l#ixzz0naDuPNoI) "horrendously homophobic" article that dings gay actors' (Jonathan Groff, Sean Hayes cited) ability to play romantic lead. Whoa, what a force-of-nature, this little woman!
"No one needs to see a bigoted, factually inaccurate article that tells people who deviate from heterosexual norms that they can't be open about who they are and still achieve their dreams," Chenoweth wrote. "I am told on good authority that Mr. Setoodeh is a gay man himself and I would hope, as the author of this article, he would at least understand that. I encourage Newsweek to embrace stories which promote acceptance, love, unity and singing and dancing for all!"

I saw that Chenoweth thing earlier - as if I needed any more reason to love that woman. She rules.

So why did Jesse go on spring break while classes were going on?

I had dinner with a New York actor friend this weekend who knows Matthew Morrison. Apparently Morrison is a great guy, but quite the slut. Has slept with everybody.
Damn, Ms Manley.
If only I'd read this post sooner. I'd have asked your friend to get me Matthew's number for my speed dial.
I know I'm about a thousand years too old to have a crush on him, but Kurt Hummell is my favourite. The Home ep. is being shown in Australia tomorrow nite. Can't wait.

I thought it had to do with a trip planned while he was being home schooled. But maybe I just dreamed that.

He was home schooled? I thought they said he went on spring break with the kids from vocal adrenaline?

is Idina also going to be Rachel's mom?
Between the resemblance (which I believe is what started the campaign to get her on the show in the first place) and the fact that her character is basically a grown-up Rachel, that's what I'm assuming.
SShhhhh!! Cause this is like the most unpredictable plot twist ever! :slinkaway
From what I've heard, Menzel's appearance has a bit more to do with the producers wanting to get Broadway stars in background roles for the series. But that yes, they are also quite aware of the noted resemblance between Menzel and Lea Michele... I'm actually a little disappointed that Menzel's and Kristin Chenoweth's paths weren't able to cross during these back 9 episodes, though that would have been overly convoluted even by "Glee" standards.
They're still looking for more musical stars for the next few seasons (heavens willing). In fact, Lea Salonga has said recently that her agent is in talks to see if Salonga can be worked into a cameo role next season. Now THAT I'd love to see! :D

Great episode! Major 90s flashback with "The Boy is Mine" and I loved that hallway intro with Mercedes and Santana.

i thought in the episode where he was trying to convince the glee club that he was not a spy/traitor he could transfer into the school because he had been home schooled. but then i haven't been sleeping well and it could have been one of the dreams that seem to mesh TV, real life and dream land. :shuffle:

What is the word "but" doing in here? That's no reason to use a qualifier here. :grope: ;)
Yes, that classic rock song.
Er yes, that made me feel a bit old.

No, it was because he moved in with his Uncle.
Does anyone know the extent of Zack Weinstein's actual paralysis. At one point he very visibly moved his upper right arm. I have read that he can't use his hands... I wonder if that character will come back (in a few weeks? When Finn said he would visit?) otherwise, it was kind of random.
The episode was good. I especially like that part of Kurt's being straight was letting his eyebrows grow out.

Thanks for the clarification. I told you sometimes life and tv life mesh if you are not sleeping well, and mine is certainly doing that :/ .
