Well, they can always go with Heidi's face and bare shoulder if it's that bad. :P

Was thrilled to see Mila the Romulan in the bottom 3. Auf with her helmet hair head!

Not feeling the kid's clothing challenge. However, I may change my mind if the more high maintenance designers get the brattier children... I'm there if only to see Tim's face and hear his comments as he deals with it all.

Alexis wouldn't bother me so much if she didn't try to have it both ways. You want to try and play mind games and be the say what's on your mind type of contestant, fine. But don't sit there and bitch/whine/wonder why the other models don't like you. She seems genuinely mystified why people don't like her...right after she pops out with "I'm here to play a game, not make friends." She should just try to be friendly if she wants friends (which despite her protests, she clearly does), because she's not smart enough to pull off the manipulations she's trying to do. I mean, I had a dream that you're getting fatter? How obvious is that?

exactly! Some about her seems kind of off in a crazy way. I think its how she smiles sometimes...

Project Rungay (http://projectrungay.blogspot.com/) has posted photos of all the Final and Decoy collections at Bryant Park. (There were SEVEN decoy's this time. Yikes.) There are a few that are obviously miles ahead of others. It would be funny if it were like the second season and the decoy's collection were stronger than some of the finalists.

Christian (http://projectrungay.blogspot.com/2010/02/christian-siriano-fall-2010-collection.html) and Irina's (http://projectrungay.blogspot.com/2010/02/irina-shabayeva-fall-2010-collection.html) collections were also shown. I was a little disappointed in Princess Puffy Sleeves this time out. There are only a few pieces that I loved. I think we may be seeing THIS dress (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_FW86_jO7k_A/S3b9nrPTBQI/AAAAAAABeow/-aXcHBI3zMA/s1600-h/Christian%2BSiriano%2BFall%2B2010%2BCollection%2BD etail%2B7.jpg) quite a bit on the red carpet. Really well done. Irina's collection on the other hand was full of really amazing outerwear. The shapes and colors were beautiful and my only caveat is the use of the wing print on the outside of the coats. It would be so much more interesting and effective if it were just on the lining (http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_FW86_jO7k_A/S3gn0B4xZyI/AAAAAAABfis/-9fvit_RkZA/s1600-h/Irina%2BShabayeva%2BFall%2B2010%2BCollection%2B1.j pg) making for a dramatic reveal. The only coat it really works for me on is this white one (http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_FW86_jO7k_A/S3gnYwwrQpI/AAAAAAABfgk/wyuH6grNnqw/s1600-h/Irina%2BShabayeva%2BFall%2B2010%2BCollection%2B16. jpg) where it is more stylized black line art. I love the motif on the scarves however and on the looks where it's used sparingly. I'd love to see a store like Macy's or Lord & Taylor's commission her to do a line of coats and sweaters for them. I'd certainly buy one.

I just don't get Irina. Never did. I fact, I don't think I've ever gotten anyone named Irina. LOL

I think T&L are right about Christian's more sellable line. A bitch has to eat. I expect this fierce look (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_FW86_jO7k_A/S3b8oZyssiI/AAAAAAABejY/Kpc5yGVVzHM/s1600-h/Christian%2BSiriano%2BFall%2B2010%2BCollection%2B3 7.jpg) to show up on a red carpet, even if it's on RP's Drag Race II.

I really loved Christian's collection. It is a more mature collection, wearable, sellable. There were quite a few things that I would definately wear for a special occasion (if I could afford them ;)).

Irina's is okay. Dramatic. I agree, I don't like the wing patterns on the outside, but inside - very cool. Her line is very runway, not very wearable. And way too much fur for me.

I'm hoping we see a slightly scaled back version of Irina's coats show up somewhere in the Fall. I just love the shapes and detailing, although I agree about the use of fur somewhat. It looks real to me (although it could be synthetic, though I doubt it) and aside from the fact I can't afford real fur and I don't like the smell of it either, I just don't see any reason for using it. Her work is really strong minus the fur although, can't lie, LOVE the fur hats.

One spoilery thing I'll post about the new collections is....The only shows I noticed PR Models in were Mila's, Jesse's and Ben's, although I may have overlooked one or two in the other shows. ETA: Anthony's show may have had one as well.

Amy's first look (http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_FW86_jO7k_A/S3dTm3wbBKI/AAAAAAABezk/vqcMIe25yYc/s1600/Project%2BRunway%2BSeason%2B7%2BFinal%2BCollection %2BAmy%2BSarabi%2B1.jpg) reminded me of the Japanese snuggie linked in the Pajama Jeans thread. It looks like the dress is trying to eat the model.

Anthony should be disqualified for this look (http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_FW86_jO7k_A/S3dzatWsBNI/AAAAAAABfGc/9PrvN9jqsVE/s1600/Project%2BRunway%2BSeason%2B7%2BFinal%2BCollection %2B2.jpg) alone.

I can never tell the models. Most look very different on stage than they do on the show.

It is a horrible look, even the colors are bad, and I hate the shoes she put on all the models. White jazz shoes? really?

The pants are awful, seriously what woman wants to wear anything like that? Tone down the sleeves on the jacket and it could be really cute.

The kind of woman who competes on RuPaul's Drag Race. Those pants just scream dragilicious.

Poor PR, lost in the shuffle of the Olympics. Anyway, the kid episode turned out pretty interesting.

:respec: I'm securely on the Seth Aaron Bandwagon (SAB! SAB! SAB!). He's had one perfectly constructed design after another; and last night's were both :kickass: Even made Alexis look ... fantastic. Please make the finals, and please take Cerri or Brandise with you! SA is (my fav winner) Jeffrey all over again -- edgy and madly-skilled but without the anger and icky face.

Jonathan, sigh. :( Great work on the kid's dress. If he'd only stopped there ... no ill-fitting bolero jacket, no fluffy short dress that's been done many times already on PR (and rarely gotten praise).

I don't want spoilers, but let's speculate here. Am I the only one who's noticed that Maya has virtually disappeared from the past two episodes? I noticed this last week, but last night it was even more stark. She's hardly shown in the workroom, didn't have a single candid last night. IIRC she was only heard during the runway show - the obligatory "I love my design" commentary. Are they just hiding her for a while before she reigns later on? Does she breach a contract ... or merely piss Heidi off later on? Enquiring minds want to know, but this one will wait to see the storyline unfold. Love to hear others' speculation/embellishments, though.

PR, please know that you're in season 7. We KNOW by now that when you feature a designer, and even more tellingly show them on their cell talking to their loved one, they are pretty much going home at minute 57. Janneane, your sweetness will be missed, but not your ho-hum designs.

Emilio please STFU! The man was my fav early-on, but his inner bitch doesn't exist ... because his Outer Bitch ate it for lunch years ago. That pink explosion should've been B2 ... a 100% undesigned girl's dress and an 1980s pink dress for his model, though thankfully w/o the shoulder pads.

I'm  that Heidi's baby bump seems to gain about 2" with each episode. She looked enormous last night, but still amazingly beautiful. But that belly ... it's as if they were filming the episodes every other week versus the likely every other day.

You know, she does kind of look like one of the Romulan women on Star Trek. Good catch!

I just caught the eposide and agree that Seth is firmly establishing himself as a lead contendor - and he is cute to look at as well. Loved both of his outfits - and lived how his kid adored the purse - accessorising at such an early age :)

I was pleasantly surprised with how well the majority of designers worked with the kids - who were all adorable and not whiney (that we saw) at all!! I was concerned how the judges comments to the losers would play out with the kids but they seemed to try to lift the kids up whilst attacking the designs.

Janneane was sweet but she had to go - she had nothing in her past few designs that made me want to see anything else from her.
