Dammit :o
If she loses this (which she will) Vika will be scarred for years. The girl is mental enough! :drama:

Serena comes back to take the second. Now I'm definitely not going to get to see any of the Federer match.:( It's already way past my bedtime.

You act surprised. The last 3 years is by far the most pathetic field of chokers and mediocrities in WTA history. While I am laughing, nobody is laughing harder than Serena Williams, the biggest beneficiary of that reality.

Ugh, why on earth do you think I'd be surprised?
I'm a fan of Vika and JJ; I've been through it all.

Sorry I didnt know. In that case you wouldnt be surprised. It could be worse though. You could be a fan of Safina or Petrova. The next time there is a debate about women deserving equal prize money they should just show a tape of these last 2 matches, actually add the Petrova-Henin stinkfest from yesterday too.

Looks like Serena is about to end this. Thank goodness! She is the only hope to stop Henin, IMO.

:fragile:

Well, gotta hand it to Serena. She played terrible in the first half and notably upped it up.

Still. :wuzrobbed: At least Vika's playing well and didn't have an epic meltdown and kept fighting. Hopefully she'll get a kind draw soon, she always draws the #1 seed or hot player in her quarter.

I hope Henin wins, but I think Serena will destroy her in the final.

Davydenko and Federer is starting. Looking forward to that one. Followed by Tsonga and Djokovic which should also be good. Hopefully they dont dissapoint after the trailer thrash displays of the WTA.

:lol::lol:

If you think that the comeback was Azarenka dropping her level and not Serena becoming the amazing fighter and player she is when pressed, then you are mistaken and obviously didn't watch the match. :P Serena's serve and groundstrokes came back and she started playing like she's had all tournament. She would have beaten anyone.

^I didn't see it, but from what I've read/heard, it certainly was a case more of Serena just raising her level, hitting out, firing aces and winners and totally going for it, in that typical Serena can do way (damn I wish Venus still had that) moreso than Vika just crumbling, which I'm glad to hear.

Well since most of the current worst ever WTA are choking clowns yes she would have beaten most players from 6-4, 4-0 down for that single reason only, with the exception the very few other players who arent this (and that is a very short list). As for the rest of your post.:lol:

Anyway some real tennis is finally on and Davydenko has come out on fire vs Federer. He already has the early break and is up 3-1.

<worship> Serena <worship>
Thank you thank you thank you for not losing, and dooming us to a title by Ol' Dead Eyes. Take that title, Miss Williams!

Vika has nothing to regret. She did all she could to pull that out, but Serena just ... was Serena from the moment she was a set down an d 0-4. Seriously, anyone who thought Ree was OUT at that point hasn't paid much attention over the past ten years.

 I'd hate to be Na Li! Serena is going to be a house afire in the semis. I predict a 6-2/6-2 win for Williams.
