As soon as I have everybody's votes. In fact, somebody has already sent in their final votes already.

I'm putting links to the FSU qualified songs in the sticky thread.

Ok, thanks. I'll give you my votes right away!

:cheer2:

My favourite song (Bulgaria) didn't make it. :(

Really surprised about Sweden not going through. I am expecting it to place top 5 in the "real" final.

Just checked the results, I had asmall homecoming-catastrohpe yesterday. No Sweden either - the Finns and the Sweden as mocking each others in the real life Eurovision song contest. All I can say is "haha".

I´ll try to vote asap.
Finnice, in this connection know as Iceland, with ashes on her hair

My votes are ready. It was interesting to observe how my opinion shifted since the semis.

Not happy with that final at all. A lot of my favourite songs didn't make it through. You people have shit taste in music. :P

We were discussing the Eurovision song contest today, while eating dinner. I told to the Finnice family that Finland did not make it to the final in FSU.

Younger little Finnice (15): "But all your figure skating friends who vote are gays and weird middle aged ladies as you, mother!" (Many of the friends of the family are GLBT, so it is just his way to snark. I have heard him get angryto the gay bashers, it was my best momet as a mother.)

Moi: "No no, at least Jackie Sparrow and Hanna are young, and Poths is not gay, don´t you know the history of his FSU name?"

YLF: "No, and I don´t care... Just let me know how the final in FSU went, anyway. It predicts a lot, I have learnt."

Younger little Finnice plays bass and listens many kinds of music from Pink Floyd to hard core metal. He seems to have a good knowledge of FSU as well... Do I speak too much of us at home? :o

Both him and my hubby love the Moldovian song.

"¿¡Quién es el jotito!?" cantó Danielito :saint: Pity I don't speak Spanish, I would love to weave "pajarito" into this somehow

It was just a way of acting out, I think. It's all stylish and understated now. :glamor:

I also like Bulgaria song, although in the video the final is kind of abrupt.

I was surprised Bulgaria, Sweden and, especially, Georgia, didn´t qualify, but true is that 2nd SF is very competitive. I think Israel, Turkey and Denmark are almost sure in the final, but there are like other ten songs that will fight for the rest of the places.

Curiously, I don´t remember meeting younger little Finnice :saint:

Ah well. I had eight of them, I think. Thanks for the vote, Ziggy, even though Bulgaria hasn't topped 2007 "Water" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9ytzgtLW1A) yet.

The song's lyrics are nice and Filipa is gorgeous, but I can't stand her voice!
