But heīs still singing all the song in Hebrew, isnīt he? :)

Yes!
Skaat is going to record Milim's version in English, French and Spanish, but in ESC he'll sing in Hebrew. :respec:

Here is a new version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-RD9VqsxJs&feature=related).
It's more "orchestric", than the original one, and the ending is a bit different.

Thank God he's singing in Hebrew! It's a lovely language and I think the songs sound better in it's original language!

:cheer2:

No final for Portugal this year!

:wall:

The song also sounds different.

Thanks! The final has really got a lot of strength. This song should qualify really high. Certainly one of my favs :cheer2:

Well obviously the recording wasnīt of great quality, eys, everybody can have a day like that :shuffle:

I think that the first SF is quite open, so if she keeps calm and sings without noticeable mistakes she certainly could qualify for the final. We will see.

The problem with Filipa is that she always sings like that.

We will see.I sometimes wonder when that happens if the performer had a monitor to be able to hear themselves. I know I've had problems playing percussion when I can't hear it, or don't have one. However, when the camera pulled back, there it was, so there goes that excuse for her.

The latvian song and and singing is awful
I was just coming here to post that. :scream:

That and the fact that I've now listened to all the songs of my semi 4 times and finally managed to figure out my top10. :drama: But they're not in order yet so I'll have to listen to them once more tomorrow. And then I'll give you Finland's votes. Very last minute, I realise.

And may I also say that the standard sucks this year. :scream: At least semi 1. Don't know about the rest yet.

I am waiting on two sets of votes. If I get them this morning, I'll be able to announce this evening. I'll keep you all up to date. :)

In sort of Eurovision related news, one of the presenters of Eurovision 1994, Gerry Ryan, died yesterday. It was exactly 16 years ago to the day he co-hosted the show.

You can see him here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWyhH5z92ps&feature=related) introducing the inaugural performance of Riverdance, the interval act in 1994 ESC. RIP.

Oh God, that's so sad.

What was the cause of death?
