I have mixed feelings about them, IMO they are not the right choice for ESC ... :shuffle:
But first impression can always be wrong...

I think that these songs arenŽt easy to first listening, anyway IŽd say that the most eurovision are the second (Le'an) and the third (Elayich). But usually Israel song is really transformed so IŽd wait to videos

Zokko thanks for the videos :) Watching the other links I was thinking that the ladies seemed the favs

On the 12th of March, Estonia, Greece, Germany and United Kingdom will choose their songs for the 2010 ESC!

I would love it if Lenna Kuurmaa represented Estonia! Love her!

Here are the 4 songs (http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3858968,00.html), from which one will be chosen next week to represent Israel.
Audio only.

They are all pretty much the same type of "Idol" arrangement. Sorry to say, but I think we've heard these before. If I had to choose, I guess "Lehitkarev" if only because it does sound just a little different than the other three.

German TV proudly :D presents, our 18 year old, dark-haired schoolgirl, ready for Oslo ...

Lena Meyer-Landrut - "Satellite" (http://www.unser-star-fuer-oslo.de/videos/player/index.html?contentId=63142&initialTab=related)

Tremendous hype around that girl here! Some say she's a natural phenomenon, others may probably have a natural disaster in their mind(s) ... well, I like her :encore: ..., a lot of people are not happy with this song, just let me know what you think! :)

Final, winning performance of the song, with the poor girl totally exhausted, nuts, overjoyed and cursing ... (http://www.unser-star-fuer-oslo.de/videos/player/index.html?contentId=63198&initialTab=related)

Is the UK having some event to choose? Cyclist Brad Wiggins had a cryptic tweet about the Eurovision lark being amazing.

I watched the show and I like her! I must say that this is not really my kind of music (I'm more into rock, alternative/indie) but she's cool and the song is okay. But I'm not sure if it's the right kind of song for the Eurovision, it doesn't really stand out, it's just normal radio friendly pop music. What do you think?

No, as the United Kingdom.

:shuffle:

In fairness...there was talk of individual representations. I can see it happening soon. Wheee, there would be a BLOCK :cheer:

Pete Waterman song is :yikes:

Whee! all this needs is a giant Greek stapler and for the singer to be shirtless or wearing tighter clothes! (and wind machines never hurt ;))

:respec: Greece!!! :biggrinbo

Well, in Greece saying it probably always leads to sex anyway. :)
