I like it :).
and shame on me, but I don't hate the Ukrainian entry (but the guy has serious issues with his accent :scream:).
I also like the Irish entry - slight voice problems, but it can surely be fixed before the contest itself.
finally, I'm regaining my belief in ESC 2010 :P...

I just stumbled in here and had no idea non-Swedish people were following the Swedish competition. and :respec:

to amuse you even more - I've just listened to all the songs from the Swedish final. last year was imho far more amusing, but still I have 2 personal favourites - Darin and :shuffle: Timoteij (which probably means my music taste is in the alarming state ).

Alexander Rybak is opening the Russia result show. I actually screamed when he came out. Like I was excited, or something. :shuffle:

I wonder how many times he's performed this damn song in the last year?

Princessa Avenue (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mh05HdeNzd4) is one of the favs and on first. It involves one of the members playing an electric guitar with a bow. Thank you, Russia!

Well, I´m very biased to Portuguese songs :) (just slightly less than to Italian songs ;) ) but I think is a nice song and she has a nice voice. The problem is that last two years Portugal has sent such good songs (impressive "Senhora do mar" and lovely "todas as ruas do amor") that it was kind of difficult a ballad would surpass the impression those song had the first time I listened them. But basically my impression is positive

BTW I read that Filipa won because the people phone vote, but she wasn´t so high in the Jury votes. I hope there wasn´t a lot of drama :drama:

LOL mediofestivalen is like THE pre-Eurovision Contest dream for euro Spanish fans. Links to listen/ watch it are provided, there are big discussion and :drama: :encore: :swoon:. Although usually the songs that make me Wow-ing (for good and bad) never win :drama:

So Charlotte beat Lay your love (or whatever you want) on me (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3XQq3yx_4k&feature=related)

And last year La voix prevailed over what  blue boots  (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cchYQmfldes)
