I know!! I've been fishing around on various sites and while avoiding spoilers and footage from the premiere, I've been intrigued by the episode titles, the "centricity" and the guest cast lists .....

And of course I'm all about menu, so am planning a Polynesian-style dinner tomorrow. :)

Funny thing is, even though I saw what may be a clip from tomorrow's show and lots of teeny tiny snippets of the upcoming season, I am just as confused if not more so than at the end of S5. I have my running class in Central Park tomorrow eve, so please everyone cross your fingers and toes that the subway cooperates and I get home in time for at least the start of the premier...I can do without the one-hour recap at 8, methinks. Sadly, I'm just as nervous and excited for this as I am for the men's event in two weeks...

There was an article about how the premier had leaked onYou Tube and to the producers delight, most fans were saying they'd rather wait a day and see it in high def as it was intended to be seen, and not watch some badly filmed copy of the video from the Hawaii beach premier.

PS - down to only 3 episodes from last season left before I'm caught up :cheer:

I've officially thrown in the towel about EVER getting caught up. :lol: I had seen only about half the episodes of season 1, most of season 2 and 3, (got caught up through season 2 on DVD), some of season 4 and absolutely none of last season -- so I intentionally "spoiled" myself by watching last week's season 5 finale repeat. I now am hopelessly lost about what's happened on LOST the past two years, and since life's short, I decided to just watch and enjoy whatever happens in the next 18 episodes. If there are still things that seem :confused: to me, I can always go back and watch what I've missed -- but even that probably won't help. :lol:

I think that from the beginning, the producers have been in firm control of leaks and spoilers on this show. In doing the advance screening, they likely anticipated that it would get out in some form, and decided that was OK because it's more buzz, and it's not like anyone is going to figure out the season based on the premiere.

Counting the hours .....

I can always go back and watch what I've missed -- but even that probably won't help. :lol:

:lol: is right! I re-watched the S5 finale last night to bring myself back up to speed, but I'm sure I'll never be really up to speed. There's no way I'll ever be able to pick everything up. I bow to those on this board who are. :respec: Y'all make me feel like the biggest idiot!

Watching all the DVD's starting from Season 1 over again and actually being able to know what's going on once Season 6 is completed and we know the whole story. :lol: That's what I'll be doing.

3.5 hours to go ... woo hoo!!! :cheer2: No way can I be in the threads while the show is on. Way too distracting. I'll have to come back tomorrow and ready everyone's posts to see what I didn't pick up on! :rofl:
