I was in Winston Salem (45 min. from G'boro) and saw a billboard advertising Nationals!

I haven't seen a single one yet (of course, I try to avoid the freeways...) - where did you see it?

I was on 52 South toward Lexington just before I40 exits. Does that make sense?

The website link to Ticketmaster has a presale date for individual tickets of 8-27. Does anyone know if a password will be required and if so where to get it? We need individual tickets for the Mens short and Short Dance as we got the weekend package which only includes the FS events.....

I contacted the ticket folks and they told me that the "weekend package" includes the last 6 sessions, so sessions 15-20 (http://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/showpost.php?p=2833936&postcount=57), starting with the Men's SP. You should definitely call them (http://www.northcarolina2011.com/contact.html) to confirm this before purchasing individual tickets to fill-out your package.

The main website (http://www.northcarolina2011.com/schedule.html) has prices up and says the individual event tickets go on sale September 17, but as flutzilla1 pointed out, ticketmaster has a pre-sale date listed of August 27.

And on that note, I love how the LOC newsletter says that all-event tickets (and packages) are now worth more b/c they have more sessions. Uh, no, unless the number of events at Nats has increased, you're talking about the same amount of skating, just divided into more meaningless "sessions." Do they really not get that or are they hoping we're stupid and will believe them?

But these tickets go to 11.

Anyone have any idea if there's a password needed for the Aug 27 presale?

So my Mom is going to get her and I tickets for the weekend package, as part of my birthday......and I was wondering what package price level do I need to get so we aren't in the nosebleed section?

ETA: NM think I figured it out on the arena diagram.

What did you decide?

It looks like we'll be getting price level 2 or 3 weekend packages....we're going to buy them this weekend.

Just got an email back -- the presale is apparently only for sponsors, so we have to wait until the September date to get individual tickets.

mini-package page (http://www.northcarolina2011.com/mini-packages.html)
mini-package order form (http://www.northcarolina2011.com/documents/TicketOrderFormNewPackages_002.pdf)

They've also started selling a weekly parking pass (http://www.northcarolina2011.com/transportation.html), but only through Ticketmaster.
Cost is $55, but with ticketmaster fees it is $60.05.

Thanks HisWeirness :) I had seen the ability to order the weekend package directly through ticketmaster online before though....and now I don't see it.

I guess my mom and I can mail in the form instead.
