Congratulations to the Saints! Hard not to root for such a Cinderella story. I bet Reggie Bush is happy now that he didn't get drafted first by the Texans, lol.

Really such a shame one of these two fine teams had to lose, but I think Manning & Co. will bounce back. Manning is still in his prime and will have more opportunities to get more SB rings.

Congratulations to the Saints!!!:cheer2::cheer2: The best moment was Drew Brees holding his little boy at the end of the game with tears in his eyes. I'm very happy for the city of New Orleans and Saints' fans.

That was great! Congratulations to the Saints and to all the fans in NO (and elsewhere)! That final touchdown that got awarded after tape review was amazing.

The commercials did suck. The one I hated the most was from that car company and the green police. I think the whole go green thing is great but to be snobby about it...
That was actually my favorite commercial  it wasn't snobby, it was ironic.

So will the Superbowl finally decide to pick a musical guest under the age of ninety next year after The Who Halftime debacle? Don't get me wrong, they're legends, but come on.

 Until they recover from their fear of wardrobe malfunctions, we're stuck with old geezers

I thought the Saints were a team of destiny. Loved the on side kick and the 2 pt conversion! I feel bad for Peyton Manning and the rest of the Colts, but I was rooting for the Saints and am so glad they won.

ETA: Favorite commercial was the Slug bug punching for VW and the Snickers with Betty White. I agree in general, not the greatest commericals this year.

OMG we just can't believe it. When that interception was returned for a TD we lost it and I think I heard the entire state erupt in cheers! GEAUX SAINTS!!! We tried to go get a SuperBowl Champion hat at one of the sporting good stores but they already sold out, am going back to try again in the morning. The Saints just did nothing wrong, they took the right risks, they didn't turn over the ball. They did their job, amazing game!

As for the commercials, my favorite was the Snickers ad with Betty White.

Go Saints! :cheer: I was at a SB party with some friends and we had a great time cheering for the Saints (most of us) :) I can't believe how much this will mean for the city.

I liked the Doritos commercial with the little boy..."Keep your hands off my mama!"

Congrats to NO and all their fans!!! Good game!!!
Now would someone explain to me what happened at halftime? The audio was horrible. The last 1 minute of it wasn't bad. I kinda figured the CBS guys broke down the door to the sound man and killed him to regain control.

:cheer: :cheer:

It was a great game and we had a great party. Didn't get to see much football in the first half, but everyone settled down for the second half, which of course was the best half to watch! :D

Oh, and Drew and his baby made me :wuzrobbed !

Oh and I also liked the Favre commercial as well as the Google one.
