CoSport has increased their prices from when individual event tickets were on sale in previous phases. The only category A ticket I could find just now in the lower bowl was for compulsory dance. Nice to just be in the building though whatever the category level! :)

Between this latest release of seats on CoSport and the VANOC resale site, hopefully there's something for everyone who wants to be part of an Olympic skating event! :)

I just bought a category A for the dance free and I also noticed some tickets for the original and pairs short so it might be worth it to keep checking!

Everyone who has a looooooooooooooooooooooooot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ you mean! ;)
I just checked some of the skating tickets on the resale website and I can't believe what some people are hoping to pocket for category C tickets. With the Olympics only about 3 weeks away, hopefully people will just want to get rid of the tickets they're selling and prices will come way down. :)

If anyone is interested, I've just listed 2 Category A CD tickets on the 2010 VANOC Fan-to-Fan Tickets website:

http://www.vancouver2010.com/olympic-tickets/

I've listed the tickets at the minimum price that I can without losing money (face value is $420 + fees). I'm flexible if someone wants to make an offer and if the buyer is in the Toronto area can likely arrange to drop the tickets off. Please send a PM if interested. The seats are as follows:

Section Y, Row 16, Seat 5/6 (lower bowl near the kiss and cry) listed at $976 ($488 each).

No, practice session tickets are not permitted to be re-sold on the Vanoc website.

You can't sell practice tickets on the fan-to-fan portion of the website.

The only tickets you can't sell are tickets for events that are not yet sold out, obstructed view seats, Nordic Combined and Figure Skating Training Sessions.

I have a Nordic Combined ticket I wanted to sell there, but it looks like I'm stuck with it. I'm not sure why they don't allow re-sale for that event.

You mean even when it comes even nearer to the real competition they won't allow people to trade over fan to fan? :\

I want to stay with my brother on the Norwegian Star cruise ship docked in Vancouver during the Olys. Therefore, I want to sell my prepaid room at the Sheraton Guildford in Surrey (20 minutes from downtown). When it was available, the Sheraton was charging $571 a night for this room. I'm selling it for $200 per night, or $1,000 total.
