Well she and 8 siblings are up for adoption (http://www.dailypuppy.com/puppies/Vanessa-the-Adoptable-Puppy_2008-10-23) :shuffle: - although hopefully being profiled on Daily Puppy helped her find her forever home.

ETA: According to the comments to the profile, the shelter now has two applications from people looking to adopt Vanessa.
